How to Print a Process Tool in “My Processes”
Step 1: Access and Save the Process Tool
- Open the process tool you need.
- Save it in “My Processes” to enable printing.
Step 2: Click the Print Button
- Once saved, a Print button will appear.
- Click the Print button to open your local printer settings.
Step 3: Choose Print to PDF or a Printer
- In the printer settings, select Print to PDF or choose your preferred printer.
- Click Print to complete the process.
Step 4: Printing Uploaded Files (Excel or Google Sheets)
- If printing an uploaded file, first download it using the View File
- Open the file in Excel or Google Sheets and print it from there.
If you are looking for a Saved file go to the Saved button, choose the file and select the “View File” Button. NOTE: you can also find any saved uploaded files by running a My Processes Report
