Introduction: Learn how to Delete a User in Account Administration.

Step 1: Click on the red X next to the user account you would like to delete.

(Note: The first Administrator controls the TouchStone account and cannot be deleted)

Step 2: A window will pop up, asking for confirmation to delete the account. Click on OK to confirm, and delete the account.

(Note: The popup window may look different based on your computer type and web browser)
