Answer: The Public Folder is for processes that contain company wide information. Processes that are the accountability of every employee and every employee needs to access and use them.

Answer: Yes, drag and drop the processes to re-order.

Answer: On the process tools page select the box “make process public and available to all users”

Answer: Yes, on the process tools page un-select the box “make process public and available to all users”

Question: Can users change any of the content of the Public Processes

Answer: No, when processes are accessed through the Public Folder they are read only can can only be completed, not changed.
