1. Add a Work Plan or a Checklist to your process and enter a Title and Objective.

  2. Click on the box with the AI Generator icon
  3. A prompt box will appear. Enter the desired prompt for the AI to generate content and click “Go”.

    Note: The prompt “Create a step-by-step process for:” is pre-filled.

  4. Review the AI-generated content. Click “Add to Work Plan” if you are happy with the response.
    Note: The AI will rarely be perfect, but you can always edit your process tool later

  5. If using AI on an existing Work Plan or Checklist, choose to either “Add” or “Replace” the content.
    Note: Replacing will completely remove existing content. To keep previous content, consider archiving the old Work Plan/Checklist and creating a new one with the AI.

Tips for Crafting Effective Prompts:

  1. Be as specific as possible and include key details (such as industry and company size).

  2. Avoid open-ended or overly complex questions.

  3. Use clear, concise language.

  4. Use a polite or neutral tone.
